Meet Carol Ann
Carol Ann believes healing begins with feeling genuinely seen. Her work is rooted in connection, community, and creating spaces where people can show up exactly as they are.
Outside of the therapy room, she coaches a local YMCA swim team, where she enjoys helping young athletes build confidence, resilience, and trust in themselves. She also volunteers with nonprofit organizations dedicated to reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and substance misuse, while advocating for greater support and awareness in perinatal mental health.
Her chosen family includes a deeply supportive husband who encourages every new idea, and two spirited daughters who keep life full, meaningful, and rarely predictable.
Whether she is on the pool deck, working alongside community organizations, or simply spending time with the people she loves, Carol Ann is passionate about advocacy, education, and helping others feel supported through life’s unexpected moments.

About Carol Ann's Work
Carol Ann brings a grounded, genuine approach to therapy, showing up with both professional experience and her authentic self. She believes healing does not always have to happen in heavy silence. While she knows how to hold space for difficult emotions, she also values helping clients reconnect with their own resilience, especially in seasons when life feels heavier than expected.
Her work is often a good fit for clients who are open to reflection, honest conversations, and trying new ways of approaching old patterns. Sessions are relaxed and conversational, creating a space where even the hardest topics can feel a little less overwhelming. Her approachable style allows clients to feel comfortable while gently uncovering the patterns that may be keeping them stuck.
Known for her thoughtful honesty, Carol Ann offers clear feedback with warmth, compassion, and without judgment. She often uses humor when it feels helpful, allowing sessions to feel more human and less clinical. Together, she works alongside clients to build insight, create meaningful change, and move toward a life that feels more aligned.
