Individual Sessions
We offer one-on-one sessions tailored for reflection, processing, and personal growth, your dedicated time to focus on your goals and work toward becoming the best version of yourself. Sessions typically last between 45 and 55 minutes, depending on your needs at the time.
We’ll typically start with weekly sessions, then gradually transition to biweekly, monthly, and eventually, as needed. Our ultimate goal is for you to no longer need us as your therapist, strange as that may sound. We shouldn’t be your lifeline or emergency contact. Instead, our role is to equip you with the tools and confidence to navigate life on your own, reminding you that you’re the one in charge, you’ve got this.

Therapy Settings
We offer both in-person and virtual sessions, and my priority is making sure you feel comfortable. Some people prefer face-to-face sessions, while others are just as comfortable meeting virtually.
If we meet virtually, we ask that you keep your camera on. This allows us to ensure you're in a safe, confidential space and helps us to read body cues just as we would in person.

And if our session falls during your lunch break, feel free to eat while we chat...nourishment is fuel for the soul!
Insurance
I can provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance for Out-of-Network benefits or as long as you are located in the state of Connecticut, I can bill the following insurances for our sessions:
Cigna
Aetna
Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield
Connecticare
UMR
Optum
United Health Care
Medicaid/Husky
Important Reminders
The following policies and procedures were agreed upon during your intake process. These guidelines are in place to respect the value of both your time and mine. Time is an irreplaceable resource, and consistency in therapy is crucial for making meaningful progress toward your treatment goals. Additionally, maintaining regular attendance is fair to others who may be on a waiting list or who prefer your scheduled time. The documents you signed upon intake which you can find in your online portal as well as below for you to review at your convenience.
Late Arrival: I will wait up to 10 minutes after your scheduled session time. If you arrive later than this, it will be considered a late cancellation/no-show, and you will be charged for the session.
Cancellation Policy: There is a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, and we are able to find a mutually convenient time within the same week, you will not be charged a late cancellation fee. If we cannot find an alternative time, the fee will apply.
No-Show/Late Cancellation Policy: After two late cancellations or no-shows, you will receive a final reminder. If a third instance occurs, you will be discharged from services, and I will provide you with a list of referrals to other clinicians who may be a good fit for your needs.
